2010 Class Timetable

Monday      7pm   Kickboxing    Ages 12 to 15 Years
                8pm   Kickboxing    Adults

Tuesday     6pm   Kenpo Karate   Ages 4 to 6 Years
                7pm   Kenpo Karate   Ages 7 to 9 Years
                8pm   Kenpo Karate   Ages 10 to 12 Years
                9pm   Adults

Class Fee's
€7 per class charged per quarter (3 months) in advance.

New Members:  A once off registration fee of €20 applies.  Sparring gloves (€20), groin guard (€15) and gum shield (€5) are required for each student which can be purchased in our martial arts shop.

Karate suits are not obligatory until you are ready to grade and can be purchased for only €35 (including club crest).
